The developers’ application for Well Hill Old Vineyard puts forward proposals for:
- 5 houses built of stone
- Two 5 bedroom houses
- Two 3 bedroom houses
- One 2 bedroom house
- A Community Orchard
- A £75,000 contribution, made directly to Minchinhampton School
- The majority of the field retained for grazing
